Mega Holdings(MH)  was incorporated on
January 6, 2000. We are an e-commerce network marketing organization dealing in cut and polished diamonds. Originally registered in the USA, the company was licensed by the Dubai Internet City (DIC), Dubai, UAE on January 7, 2003 and operated there until end of 2004.

With effect from Jan 1, 2005, we operate from our head office in Labuan, Malaysia and through numerous representative offices in and around Asia and the Middle East. We are now incorporated with the Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority , Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia.

The diamond is often called "King of Gems" because it is the hardest natural substance in the world with the highest refractive index – making it the most durable gem, with the best brilliance when it is properly cut and polished.
