How to become a MH Country Agent?

Steps you need to take in order to become an Agent:

  • You must own a legally registered company in your country.
  • Have official and proper English translation of your company's incorporation and registration documents.
  • Send your request to ssbon@megahondings.org to be considered.
  • MH CEO will require you to send the official English translation of the said documents, a digital copy of your photo and International Passport or Official ID and some photos of your company to him. In digital images, it should be shown that your company is located in a reputable place and has the necessary equipment such as a computer, a conference room, etc.
  • You must be prepared to invest some initial capital to set up an agency co. office and purchase initial stock of 1,000 USKs to begin the business.
  • You must TT (telegraphic transfer) US$50 (net of all bank charges) or US$80 gross amount as Processing Fee directly to MH's bank account in Labuan.

If you meet the required criteria, a contract will be prepared and sent to you for your signature. If you so wish, you can also personally come to Malaysia or Dubai to sign the contract. The contract signing will be witnessed by a Notary Public; authenticated by the Foreign Ministry of Malaysia; and approved by your country's embassy in Malaysia .

The MH legally incorporation documents and the authorization to be the Country Agent documents will follow the same authentication procedure in Malaysia as above mentioned . The full authentication expenses of the legal documents and your embassy's approval fees for the documents are for your account.
