Procedures to Purchase Bigger Diamonds:

1. For Existing Customers: If you are already a customer of MK(i.e. with a BA Name), log in to the Messenger and request for the purchase, specifying the Certificate Number, making sure you have sufficient Diamond Voucher(DV) or fund in your Account Statement. You are allowed to use 100% DV towards payment of the listed price. However, if you do not have sufficient DV to cover the full listed price, the price will be adjusted upwards by 10% and the difference (balance) will be deducted from your account statement.
2. For New Customers: If you are not already a customer of MK, there are 2 options for you to purchase bigger diamonds:
   
   (a) You can request another MK customer to purchase it on your behalf by paying him/her the listed price + 10%. He/she will purchase it for you using DV and fund in his/her Account Statement. When the diamond(s) has been delivered to the customer, he/she will give you the diamond(s);or,
   
   (b) You can sign in as a customer and with a BA name, you may follow Procedure 1 above to purchase bigger diamonds.
