Sign-in Procedure
There are 3 ways available for signing in:
- Via the MH Universal Starter Kit(USK)/Puzzle Login;or
- Via PayPal Credit Card without USK; or
- Via Direct Payment to Mega Holdings Ltd.
1. Via The MH Universal Starter Kit /Puzzle Login
You must purchase a MH Universal Starter Kit (USK). The ecPayment amount of US$200.00 for the 33 Plan will be deducted from your account statement only when you confirm your ecPayment Plan 33 and not at the time you purchase your USK. (A n optional signing in procedure without USK is also available at US$210.00 via your upline. Customers may later choose to purchase the USK and a refund of US$10.00 will be made upon card activation.)
- Go to MH Account Manager. Click “MH Universal Starter Kit”.
- Click “Purchase”. The minimum purchase is of 10 units. Your order may be for USK/smart card, USK/smart card+smart card reader, or a mix of both.
- When you receive your USK, verify your stock status through the “Stock List” link and immediately report any discrepancies.
- You can transfer the USKs to other customers through the “Transfer Starter Kit” link. (You may only transfer a USK to another Business Account if you have not clicked “Confirm Plan” for that USK. You are responsible for USKs that remain with you.)
- The “Confirm Plan” link is for you to confirm your 33 ecPayment Plan for the USK. Afterconfirmation of the ecPayment Plan, you may scratch the silver bar that indicates the 33 Plan at the left of the card. Do not scratch the silver bar below the Serial Number until you are ready to confirm an order because doing so would reveal the initial Business Account Login Password for the new customer.
- New customers can get a full refund on returning -- within seven days and without scratching the silver bar – to the person from whom it was bought. The seven-day “cooling-off” period includes the date of purchase. However, MH may extend it as necessary to comply with rules and regulations in certain countries. In Japan , for example, customers have to comply with a mandatory “cooling-off” period of 20 days.
- Test your smart card before activation. By default, the smart card that comes with a USK needs to be activated separately, using the same serial number as the USK. However, it can be automatically activated simultaneously with “Confirm Order” if this option is selected.
